Buddhist laity has the duty to preserve Tipiṭaka for prosperity as well as to support Buddhist Monks to ensure their wholesome practice according with the Vinaya in the Tipiṭaka. All social activities associated with the World Tipiṭaka Project are the duty of the laity and will therefore be properly conducted through lay representatives of institutional Tipiṭaka patrons.

International scholars, once registered, will have access to Tipiṭaka materials according to individual necessity and usefulness. Please kindly advise your long-term project and aspiration. Patron scholars who have helped support the World Tipiṭaka Project will be honoured with priority to e-Pāḷi Tipiṭaka Quotation as well as e-Tipiṭaka Studies Reference. Please keep posted for an information of the forthcoming Tipiṭaka Webservice Technology.

Academic institutions and interested institutions which already received the King of Siam Tipiṭaka, 1896, and which has been well-preserved, will have priority to Tipiṭaka updated materials. Such institutions may wish to join a Tipiṭaka network in order to be directly well-informed and therefore eligible for the new World Tipiṭaka Edition and e-Tipiṭaka online service.

Please refer to Tipiṭaka Presentation Policy Framework
